Our Elders

July 2017 - June 2018

The elders are the spiritual leaders of the church. They serve under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, the head, to lead the congregation to accomplish its mission. Elders are first proven as ministry leaders and then assume the additional responsibility of overseeing and shepherding the congregation.

The following names have been presented and affirmed by members of the congregation.

Darren and his wife Lisa are 25+ year residents of Harrison and have been attending LifeSpring from the time the church began meeting at Harrison High School in 2008. They have two sons, Jesse, who is married to Jazmine, and are expecting their first child, and Luke, who attends and plays baseball for Mt. St. Joseph University. Darren served as an elder at a prior church, and he is currently the acting Treasurer of LifeSpring. Darren and Lisa also lead a weekly LifeGroup in their home. He has played bass for church worship teams for the past 15 years. Darren enjoys reading and studying the Bible, and is excited about what God has in store for the future of our church.
